Using Glow Quests

Glow Quests provides goal planning, prompted journaling, progress tracking, companion rewards, reports, and family visibility tools. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising younger users and for the accuracy of account information.

Accounts and family access

Keep sign-in details private. A parent may only access a child’s information through an accepted family connection or a child profile that parent manages. Do not attempt to view or alter another family’s information.

Subscriptions and trials

Displayed plan prices and billing intervals apply at checkout. A seven-day subscription trial requires a payment method and converts to the selected recurring plan unless canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end date recorded for the trial or paid billing period; access continues until that date.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use family features to monitor someone without appropriate authority.

Educational limits

Goal Guides support planning and reflection. They do not guarantee grades, admissions, team selection, employment, or business results and do not replace teachers, coaches, counselors, or professional advice.

Changes and availability

Features may change as Glow Quests improves. Families should keep copies of information they need permanently. These terms do not create a refund promise or service-level guarantee.
