How information is used

This information powers goal planning, journals, progress views, reminders, reports, and Family Circle. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe through its secure checkout; Glow Quests receives subscription status and related billing identifiers rather than full card details.

Children and family sharing

Glow Quests is designed for families. Parents and guardians should supervise younger children’s use. Journal entries are private unless the student chooses family sharing. Family Circle information is limited to signed-in linked family accounts; sharing links require the linked child to sign in.

Photos and private content

Journal photos and memories are stored privately and are used only to provide the features the family selects. Families should avoid uploading sensitive information that is not needed for a goal or reflection.

Choices and security

Families can edit or remove much of their content in the app, change journal sharing choices, revoke family access, and cancel subscriptions through payment management. Accounts and family data are protected by signed-in access controls, but no online service can promise absolute security.
